What will you find at Printing United 2022?

Known as the most dynamic and embracive Printing Event worldwide, PRINTING UNITED 2022 is back in Las Vegas between the 19th and the 21st of October, where you will be able to meet the latest technologies regarding the printing sector. And naturally, Endutex had to mark its presence.

Throughout this event, you can find us at stand C10507, where we will be showcasing several products that will meet your needs concerning coated technical textiles.

On that account, continue reading this blog to get to know more about the technologies you will be able to find at Endutex’s stand.

Concerning our BIOTEX technology, we will display three types of material:

Our BIOTEX 250 (Biobased Textile Banner):

• it’s PVC free;
• it’s produced using recycled PES yarn;
• it’s GRS certified;
• its coating was obtained from non-petrochemical/fossil resources;
• it’s stable and flat;
• it’s compatible with latex and UV inks;
• has an FR certification (in progress);
• and can reach a 5m width.

Our BIOTEX 300 GW (Biobased Textile Banner w/ Grey back):

• it’s PVC free;
• it’s produced using recycled PES yarn;
• it’s GRS certified;
• its coating was obtained from non-petrochemical/fossil resources;
• it’s opaque (because of its dark grey back);
• it’s compatible with latex and UV inks;
• has an FR certification (in progress);
• and can also reach a 5m width.

Our BIOTEX FLOOR (Bioattributed PVC Floor Covering):

• it’s slip-resistant;
• it’s produced using recycled PES yarn;
• it’s GRS certified;
• its coating was obtained from non-petrochemical/fossil resources;
• has an FR certification (in progress: Bfl-s1 according to DIN 13501-1);
• and can go up to 4,95m wide.

As to our PANDA (Knitted Textile w/ Black Back) technology it has the following characteristics:

• has transfer and direct dye sublimation;
• it’s compatible with latex and UV inks;
• it’s crease-resistant;
• has an FR certification (in progress);
• and can reach a 5m width.

Our TERRA BILLBOARD (Weldable PVC Free Outdoor Banner) and our POLYMESH 55 PLUS (Weldable PVC Free Mesh) technologies:

• have a high frequency and are hot air weldable;
• are compatible with latex and UV inks;
• are 100% recyclable;
• can also reach a 5m width.

Our SIRIUS RCY (Textile Backlit) and our TERRA 260 BW FR RCY (Woven Textile w/ Black Back) technologies are:

• produced using recycled PES yarn;
• GRS certified;
• recyclable under code nr. 1 (PET);
• compatible with latex and UV inks;
• crease-resistant;
• FR certificated (in progress);
• up to 5m wide.

Regarding our Artificial Leather sector, we will promote our two technologies: 

• NAPAPRINT:
  • ideal for sofas and puffs;
  • compatible with latex and UV inks;
  • very soft and with great elasticity;
  • available in a 1,4m width.

• LEATHERPRINT:
  • ideal for custom-printed upholstered furniture;
  • compatible with latex and UV inks;
  • leather embossing;
  • tear-resistant;
  • also available in a 1,4m width.

Our COTTON SUB 270 FR (Universal Cotton Canvas) technology it’s:

• biodegradable  (disappears 94% after 90 days – officially tested);
• transfer and direct dye sublimation appropriate;
• compatible with latex and UV inks;
• FR certificated (B s2 dO);
• up to 3m wide.

Our RAINBOW (Premium Textile Backlit) technology:

• has transfer and direct dye sublimation;
• it’s compatible with latex and UV inks;
• it’s crease-resistant;
• also has an FR certification (B s2 dO);
• and can get up to a 5m width.

And finally, our PRINT N TEX (Self-Adhesive Textile) technology, with aspects such as:

• easy application;
• strong adhesion to various types of surfaces;
• easily removable without leaving residues;
• compatible with latex and UV inks
• can reach a 1,52m width.
