ENDUTEX acquires Palete de Soluções.

Aiming at a leadership position in the Iberian Peninsula, focusing on the national market, Endutex acquired the entire capital of Palete de Soluções, a distribution company of printing consumables, based in Lisbon.

With more than 25 years of experience acquired in the monitoring and evolution of techniques and materials, Palete de Soluções is positioned in the market with a wide range of products, linked to a high level of professionalism and ethics in the services provided, operating from the its warehouse in Lisbon and with its own distribution in that geographical area.

The company will start to develop its activity under the name Endutex Trading, keeping Luis Martins in the lead of operations and respective team.

This acquisition will allow Palete de Soluções, now Endutex Trading, to benefit from existing synergies with other companies of the Endutex group, namely in Spain, guaranteeing its customers access to a wider range of products and services, thus also contributing to its expansion.

At the same time, Endutex will have a more effective presence in Lisboa area, where its products will be available for immediate delivery.
