Reputable suppliers

Endutex sources raw materials from trusted, reputable suppliers that comply with European regulations, including REACH. With many of our suppliers based in Europe, we reduce transportation costs and minimize unnecessary greenhouse gas emissions.

To further our commitment to sustainability, we maintain minimal raw material stocks and store them responsibly to prevent soil, water, and air contamination. Additionally, we prioritize recyclable materials in our packaging, contributing to a more sustainable supply chain.

Environmental impact control

Endutex operates under the IPPC directive, ensuring that all environmentally impactful activities are monitored and controlled to meet regulatory standards. Energy consumption is tracked continuously, and efficiency plans are implemented to minimize usage.

Water is conserved through a closed-loop cooling system, and liquid effluents are treated at public wastewater facilities. Gaseous emissions are filtered to recover materials for reuse in production, and when recovery isn’t feasible, emissions are processed in heat recovery systems. Our shift toward water-based products further reinforces our commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Minimizing waste production

At Endutex, we strive to minimize waste throughout every stage of our industrial processes. When waste is unavoidable, we prioritize recycling by reintroducing materials back into production whenever possible. For materials that cannot be reused internally, we partner with waste recycling companies that repurpose them as raw materials or for energy production. In cases where these options are not viable, waste is responsibly disposed of in landfills under the supervision of local authorities.

Protecting the environment and human health

Endutex has taken proactive measures to eliminate and restrict the use of harmful materials, such as heavy metals, in our manufacturing processes. To further reduce risks to the environment and human health, we have developed a range of eco-friendly products, including PVC-free and phthalate-free options. One key development has been a product for digital printing made from 100% recyclable polyolefin, moving us closer to offering more sustainable solutions.

Our R&D team works closely with external companies and scientific institutions to continually improve resource efficiency and sustainability in our operations. By exploring innovative technologies and methods, we aim to minimize the environmental footprint of our production processes. These ongoing efforts are part of our broader commitment to creating a cleaner, more sustainable future for both our industry and the communities we serve.

Decreasing energy consumption

Endutex has introduced energy rationing plans to enhance efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions. In line with our sustainability goals, we recently installed a 250 kW photovoltaic plant on the roofs of our industrial facilities, producing around 400 MWh of clean energy annually. By harnessing solar power, we lessen our dependence on finite natural resources and make significant strides in lowering our carbon footprint.
